Working for Redwood, I devised and then edited electric! online, Virgin Media’s digital customer magazine in a Flash/PDF digital page turner format, for three and a half years from launch in 2008 until it was succeeded by Virgin Media Presents.
Delivered by email, electric! online was sent monthly to two million opted-in customers. A sister title to a less frequent print magazine (also called electric!), the e-zine served up a pot pourri of entertaining features and innovative editorial devices, meeting the client’s brief of growing awareness of the breadth of content available on its service and giving easily understood customer support.
